Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are a great method of quickly cleaning up messes. The best robot vacuums and mops that I tested had great navigation and mapping. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as tangled wires.
robotvacuummops can also schedule cleaning chores using an app and track their progress.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum combination. It comes with the most recent features. This top-of-the-line model is quick and agile, picking up debris like pet hair and human hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It features a sleek and elegant app interface that includes an interactive map of your home and buttons on the screen for manual control.
Another noteworthy feature of the S8 is its ability to adjust its cleaning mode based on dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will stop and clean its mopping pad more often when it comes across dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas to be mopped with a damp pad.
It has a variety of other features that are smart as well, including a different dock that connects to your home plumbing to clean and wash the mop roller, without having refilling it manually. You can also use voice commands to control the S8's built-in voice assistant using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular control options with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that can mop, the Yeedi Cube is one of the more flexible options. It's part of a litany of robot vacuums with combo features that also feature mops but is priced at a lower price than the majority of competitors.
Like most robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work to begin, which includes creating an account on the official app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. After that, the robot will begin to vacuum and mop easily.
It's important to note that the mapping process may take a while and the Yeedi Cube may need a few attempts before it has an accurate picture of your room. Additionally, object detection can be unpredictable and it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to flip its back to release itself. But these are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who want an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubs. This results in floors being cleaned and not just cleaned. The detachable vacuum stick is a game changer that can reach areas where a robot vacuum cannot.
This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa and other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home's surroundings better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you modify a variety of settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging base at the end of each job to clean their pads and empty the dust bins, and place debris in a self sealing bag. This helps to keep the system tidy and stops allergens from circulating. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without requiring an additional charge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop model that comes with impressive features at a reasonable price. It features an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets and a great obstacle avoidance. It also has a unique mopping method, which uses a roller continuously dosed with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology performed well and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing and avoiding steps. However, it struggled with finely engrained debris and didn't always remove raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating sound level is also high, so this model may not be as easy to set and forget as others.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, comes with docking systems that allow it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dust bin and dry and wash the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easy and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to an established schedule. Eufy's app lets you manage all of its functions. It gives you clear information and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best mowers and vacuums on the market. It offers impressive vacuuming and mopping results. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with a reasonable accuracy. The application allows users to adjust the coverage of the map, create no-go zones and customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This can be a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, lifting these pads upwards when they're close to soft surfaces to avoid contaminating them with.
The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free maintenance center which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops before refilling them with water and detergent. The base station has an integrated dust removal system that compacts dust and allows seven weeks of uninterrupted maintenance.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars less than the S8 This robot does an excellent job at keeping my home office spotless and also take on the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses a laser mapping and camera to create a 3D-map of your home, so it knows what to avoid. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop), unlike many vacuums.
Other great features include a self emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also alter the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.
It comes with the same multi-room smart mapping as the S8 and can distinguish between laminate and carpets, with high-pile carpets. It also lets you skip cleaning rooms that aren't filthy if you're trying to reduce time. It's an excellent option for those who have a variety of flooring in your home but do not want to invest the money to buy Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can manage regular maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this robot is a good choice. It comes with a wide range of features that include a self-emptying dustbin and a separate dock for refilling water, as well as customizable settings via the app. It's surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up tangled rug tassels up, and its battery drains more quickly than other models we've test.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that comes with powerful suction and convenient automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming, but overall it did very well. It has a range of cleaning modes, ranging from the quiet mode with low power which is suitable for small debris to the incredibly powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It will even automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads without causing your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used even in small spaces. It's quiet and quick and is a great choice for getting around tight spots. It's also excellent in removing pet hair from carpets.
It's smaller than many of its competitors, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be set to take pictures of every object it chooses (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as 'not found' to ensure that they will not be removed in future cleanings. The photos are encrypted and aren't tied to your account.
It does a great job of vaccuming but isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that clip onto the bot's bottom, and then drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
